|Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, you must first GET A QUOTE by filling out the form on our website.
Q: What is your pricing?
A: Pricing is based off of what you order. GET A QOUTE to determine your pricing.
Q: What does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is based off of what you order, how soon you need the order by, how you
and where the order is shipping to. GET A QUOTE to determine your pricing.
Q: Are your shirts First Quality?
A: Yes. We do not sell Irregular or Second Quality t-shirts. All t-shirts are directly from the manufacturer, to our warehouses, to the customer.
Q: Is there a minimum order? Is there a maximum order?
A: Yes. The minimum order is a 1/3 container which is equal to 24,000 t-shirts. There is no maximum to the number of containers you can order. A container holds up to 72,000 t-shirts each.
Q: How are the shirts packed and loaded?
A: T-shirts are individually folded and placed in a packing box. Boxes hold 72 shirts max. Boxes are either floor or pallet loaded. If pallets are used, it is $20 per pallet.
Q; Can I mix colors, brands and sizes in my order?
A: There can only be 1 brand and up to 2 colors maximum per container order. To order more brand or colors, you will have to order another/separate container. You can request this by getting a QUOTE, e-mail or by calling 1-877-629-5110.
Q; What if I do not have the funds to pay for my order?
A: Do not order from our company unless you have the funds to pay for the whole order.
Q: How much time in advance do I need to give before I can ship my order?
A: At the latest, 7 days minimum is required to notify us via e-mail or by calling 1-877-629-5110 so that we can fully process, pack and ship your order.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We only ship to U.S. port locations. We cannot ship outside the U.S.
